Hello there! I am a 27 year old writer and teacher living in Oakland. I received my Masters degree in English and Creative Writing from Mills College and am at work on a novel. I work at a local learning center where I teach reading, writing, SAT prep, and study skills. I also help with homework. I'm active in the Bay Area literary scene and have worked with youth of all ages in and outside of the classroom. Reading and writing are such a huge part of my life and I love sharing my passion with others.
