ExperienceWith a natural and personal passion for reading, writing, and editing, you could definitely call me a wordsmith. I am always innovating within my profession and I have an almost uncontrollable knack for spotting and correcting punctual, grammatical, or spelling errors - even when I am reading classical works for pleasure. As for my studies toward my bachelor's degree, I completed them at the University of California Santa Cruz (2012), an institution where my educational focus was Intensive Psychology. While earning that degree, not only did I take courses in education, but I had an elementary school practicum where I was a Teaching Assistant. That experience has certainly helped me learn how to help others improve, a skill that is important when it comes to tutoring.Post-graduation, I sought and received work at the University of California San Francisco. Any research assistant in a scientific lab will have some traits that are valuable in many walks of life. Accordingly, I am meticulous, detailed, thoughtful, and definitely someone that will be able to help young people as they mature and develop their abilities - whether preschool-aged children or teens.Currently, I am in the midst of a four-year Clinical Psychology doctorate and I am driven to help people improve their abilities.
HobbiesI love reading, dancing, singing, video games, puzzles, and board games!
